ADDING NOTES TO ASSETS

We've released a new NOTES experience in the app! These exciting changes will give you more visibility/ability to communicate throughout the post production process.

• You can now leave MULTIPLE timestamped notes on any asset!
• You can edit/delete your own comments but not other people's comments
  • Note: If soona crew leaves a note on an asset, you will see that note as well! 

• The ability to add notes will lock for you once an order or re-edit request has been submitted.
• Notes are visible in multiple locations, including in checkout, version comparison, edit history, etc.

Any notes you add to the asset prior to requesting the re-edit will populate in the "add to re-edit request" modal (see screenshot). You can add more or manage all of your re-edit notes from there prior to adding the asset to the re-edit request.

Things to know about re-edits:

• Notes must be included on the asset in order to include it in a re-edit request.
• You can now remove an asset from your un-submitted re-edit request from the TOP of the screen
