GETTING STARTED:
Where do I log in to the desktop platform? Login to your account at app.trend.io
Can multiple people use the same account? Yes! Multiple people on a team can all use the same Trend account. Simply share your login credentials with them.
Keep in mind, the email associated with the account will be the only one receiving automated emails.

What do I do if I forgot my password? No worries! It happens. This Forgot Password link will help you reset it.
Are there notifications on Trend I can enable? You bet! We have Browser notifications and email notifications. Email notifications are only sent to the email on the Trend account.
RUNNING A CAMPAIGN:
Can we run multiple campaigns? Of course! You can create as many campaigns as you want and spread your credits between them as you wish.
Do creators receive a deadline to upload? Creators have a standard 7 day window to upload. The due date automatically starts when the product is delivered. Due dates are assigned when tracking information is put into the Trend software. No tracking info, no due date.
How does the revision process work?
As an invite-only network of high-quality creators, we trust our community to faithfully execute the campaign guidelines you layout on the Creative Brief tab. You'll have 1 revision per creator.
Content is auto-approved after 90 hours of being uploaded. It's a best practice to review uploaded content as soon as notified via email or browser notification.
How do I export content? You can download all the content at once as a zip file or hover over on an individual image or video to download.
Once the content is approved in the app you have license to repurpose the content, and we highly encourage you to do this!
What to do if my product has been lost? Lost product is a known risk of content creation. If the product is lost, the first step will be to have the brand contact the courier. Because the product sometimes is lost or stolen, we recommend always including insurance. Finally, include tracking numbers in the app so the influencers can monitor the shipment and know when to expect it.
What happens if a creator does not complete the content in time? We provide our creators ample time to plan and shoot great content for your brand, which takes some time. However, if a creator has not uploaded by day 10 of having the products, please engage with Trend Support for assistance.
How do I edit my listing? You can edit your listing at any time at the bottom of the screen by selecting "Edit Campaign." While you can edit a campaign at any time, we do not recommend making major changes (for instance, changing the product or timeline). Edits will not be retroactively applied to folks who've already applied to your campaign.
Instead, create a new campaign taking the best pieces from the one you want to edit or start from scratch!
How do I stop accepting applications? Click on the "Stop Accepting Applications" button at the bottom of the 'Creative Brief' tab.
How do I save a campaign? There is no "Save" feature for creating a campaign, however, you can try the following:

Step 1 - launch your incomplete campaign.

Step 2 - immediately click "Stop Accepting Applications" on the bottom of the 'Creative Brief' tab.
All set! When you're ready to come back and make the final edits, click 'Edit Campaign' at the bottom of the 'Creative Brief' tab and launch the campaign to the Trend Creator Store for the network to see!
CREATOR CREDITS:
What is a Creator Credit? Creator Credits allow you to activate creators on Trend. Learn more with this help document to get everything you need to know about Creator Credits.
I'm out of Creator Credits, now what? Not a problem! Head on over to 'Add Creator Credits' on the left navigation to purchase more to keep the content flowing.
Do Creator Credits expire? Credits have a 6-month life. Your entire Creator Credit Balance 6-month clock is updated with every purchase you make.
Are credits to be applied to specific campaigns? Nope! Creator Credits are not tied to a campaign and can be spread out across multiple campaigns.
PAYMENT:
How do payouts to creators work? Creators receive an automatic payment from Trend when once a campaign is completed (i.e all content and social posts if applicable are approved), and this does not represent any additional cost to the brand. Simply direct them to support@trend.io and we'll take care of it.
How do I get a refund? Our refund policy is stated in Section 4.5 of our ToS.
TERMS:
Where can I read the Terms of Service (ToS)? You can read our Terms of Service at any time from your account. Simply click on account settings in the lower left-hand corner and select the 'Terms of Service' tab.
