Campaign Management

Welcome to your Trend Dashboard! Look familiar? We added this information when creating our campaign. This is your go-to place to manage everything on Trend. 

Summary

The Creative Brief tab shows your project details.  This information is visible to the creators and helps outline the scope of your project. 

Ready to start a new campaign? Click the yellow + button on the left Navigation bar to start a new video or photo project. 

Applications

The Applications tab houses the creators who have applied to work with you. These are creators that feel they are a good fit for your project and are excited to work with you. If you wish to stop accepting new applications, you can hit the 'Stop Accepting Applications' button on the 'creative brief' tab. 

Review their Trend Profile by clicking on the creator's row and head to their Trend portfolio to see their personal content style, strengths, and examples of past works. 

Friendly reminder, when you accept an creator through Trend, you do not need to negotiate payment with them. We've handled that for you!

Creators > Shipping & Tracking Product

Once you active creators, they will migrate to the Creators & Shipments tab. Here you will be able to see a list of the creators you approved and access their shipping information to send the product to them. There's a .csv download that includes all of their addresses to make your life easier.

Make sure you include tracking information for each creator. The Trend software will recognize when the product has been delivered and send automated emails to our creators providing their timeline to post.

Messages

Messages allow you to communicate directly with every approved influencer. No need to ask for emails.

If you want to send influencers promo codes, affiliate links, share concept image or video links with them, or express gratitude for an awesome post -- this is the place to do so! Likewise, they can also reach out to you with any questions or if they have an idea they want to run by you. 

Creators > Approvals & Content on Trend

Once content has been submitted by a creator, you will review and approve the assets on the 'approvals' tab. To review each creator's submission you can click "review all content" or click on the individual categories. 

We trust our community to faithfully execute the campaign guidelines you lay out on the Summary tab. Remember, the guidelines on the Creative Brief are your record of truth when approving. Did they stay within the guidelines? 

Once approved, your content is made available for download immediately and you have the right to re-purpose the content as you wish.
