      With our competitive analysis tool, you can identify competitors of your choice and the visual opportunities that give you an edge.

      HOW DO I ADD MY OWN COMPETITORS?

      Your soona account needs to be connected with your active Amazon Seller account to add and view custom competitors. once connected:

      • Browse Amazon to find a competitor’s product
      • Copy the URL
      • Return to soona’s competitive analysis page
      • Click “add"

      soona will pull competitor data from the product link you’ve provided.

      WHAT IS AN EXAMPLE COMPETITOR?

      Example competitors are Amazon listings that are hand-picked by our creative team for their outstanding visual content. These are Amazon listings that do a great job of following Amazon’s guidelines while also using beautiful and vibrant images.

      If your Amazon Seller account is connected to soona, you’ll see examples from your industry. If you are not connected, you’ll see a general assortment of examples.

      WHAT INFORMATION CAN I SEE ABOUT MY COMPETITORS?

      The preview of each competitor shows their complete image gallery, title, price, rank on Amazon, and soona score. Dig deeper for a breakdown of visual strengths and weaknesses. Plus see their listing’s top 10 keywords, bullet points, and description.

      CAN I COMPARE ONE OF MY LISTINGS TO A COMPETITOR?

      Yes! You need to have an active Amazon Seller account connected to your soona account. You’ll see a “compare” button on each competitor card, including example competitors. Choose one of your own listings to open a side-by-side comparison view.

      HOW DOES SCORING WORK?

      soona’s Listing Insights tool automatically scans and analyzes each listing in your connected Amazon Seller account. Our algorithm helps you identify opportunities to improve your listings.

      IS THIS SCORE CREATED BY AMAZON?

      No. soona developed this scoring system based on Amazon’s platform requirements, industry best practices, and our expertise in content creation.

      CAN I ADD COMPETITORS FROM OTHER ECOMMERCE PLATFORMS?

      Currently, competitive analysis is only available for Amazon and Shopify.
