UGC Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for UGC content can vary on several factors such as shipping timelines, brand and creator coordination, the weather if a creator is shooting outside, and access to requested scenes or settings. 

In general, creators have 7 days from the time the product tracking is marked as delivered to create and submit their content. This due date is automatically assigned to them according to the tracking information entered in the platform. Entering your tracking information or marking your products as delivered is an essential step to ensure on-time delivery and campaign success

If you need to request a revision from a creator once the content is submitted, the creator has 3 days to make these adjustments and resubmit. When the revised content is submitted, a new 4-day approval window will start for you to make your selections within that timeframe.

  • Creator Content submission: 7 days after product arrival

  • Creator Revision submission: 3 days from when revision request is sent
