How long does UGC content turnaround take?

UGC creators have 7 days from the date of product delivery to submit their content. If a revision is requested, the creator has 3 additional days to resubmit, followed by a 4-day approval window for you to review.

How is the content submission deadline set?

Creators have 7 days from when the product tracking is marked as delivered to create and submit their content. This due date is automatically assigned based on the tracking information entered in the platform.

Entering your tracking information or marking your products as delivered is an essential step to ensure on-time delivery and campaign success.

If you need to request a revision from a creator once the content is submitted, the creator has 3 days to make these adjustments and resubmit. When the revised content is submitted, a new 4-day approval window will start for you to make your selections within that timeframe.
