Contentful Integration Guide

1. Access the Integration:

1. • Navigate to the Integrations tab on the left hand side of your soona account.

   • Connect your Contentful account by following the instructions

4. Select Your Assets:

   • Multi-select the desired assets from the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system or a reservation gallery (edits)

1. Upload to Contentful:

   • Use the action bar to select “Send to Contentful.”
   • Choose the desired resolutions for your assets (web, hi-res, or RAW).
   • Optional: add a custom file name for each asset.

2. Locate Your Assets:

   • Instantly upload images and videos to your Contentful CMS space.
   • Find your uploaded assets in the ‘media’ tab, formatted as hi_res-filename.jpg, etc.

This integration eliminates the need for manual downloading and re-uploading of assets, significantly reducing the workflow for your team. It ensures a seamless transfer of content, allowing you to focus on more strategic tasks.
