Creator Expectations & 3-Strike Policy
soona UGC creators are held to a very high standard. When you are approved to be a soona creator, you'll accept the following expectations:

If at any point, you are overdue, unresponsive, not following creative briefs, or uploading content that doesn't reflect soona's quality standards, you will receive a strike.
How the 3-Strike Policy Works
A strike is issued for any of the following:
- Submitting content past the due date
- Sometimes you're sick, you're moving, you're traveling, etc. If you had something come up, send the brand a due date change request. Brands are usually very accommodating when you communicate proactively. What they are not accommodating of is going dark - silence can jeopardize brand launches, product deadlines, and campaign timelines.

- Being unresponsive to brand messages
- What counts as unresponsive, you may ask? More than 48 hours without a response to the brand.
- Uploading content that doesn't match the campaign brief
- If you have any questions at all about the campaign brief, send the brand a message to ensure you're aligned before you start filming.
The soona crew actively monitors overdue campaigns, and if yours is past due, you'll receive a message from the crew with a heads up and a notification that you're receiving a strike.
After 3 strikes, you will be permanently removed from the soona platform.
