DROPBOX INTEGRATION WITH SOONA DAM

OVERVIEW

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Dropbox integration, designed to streamline your workflow by allowing seamless transfer of digital assets from soona DAM directly to Dropbox. This integration eliminates the need for manual downloads and uploads, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.

HOW TO CONNECT DROPBOX WITH SOONA DAM

  1. Access the Integrations Tab:

    • Navigate to the new integrations tab within your soona DAM account.


  2. Connect Your Dropbox Account:

    • Follow the prompts to securely connect your Dropbox account to soona DAM.

SENDING ASSETS TO DROPBOX

  1. Select Your Assets:

    • Multi-select the desired assets from your DAM library or a reservation gallery (edits).

  2. Initiate Transfer:

    • Click on the “Send to Dropbox” option available in the action bar.

  3. Choose Resolution and File Naming:

    • Select the preferred resolution for your assets: web, hi-res, or RAW.
    • Optionally, add a custom file name for better organization.

  4. Complete the Transfer:

    • Your assets will be automatically transferred to your Dropbox apps folder, located at: Apps/soonaPublisher/web/filename.jpg.
