Dropbox Integration Guide

Overview:

Our Dropbox integration is designed to streamline your workflow by allowing seamless transfer of digital assets from soona directly to Dropbox. This integration eliminates the need for manual downloads and uploads, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.

How to connect Dropbox with soona: 

1. Access the Integrations Tab:

   • Navigate to the Integrations tab in your soona account.
   
   
   

2. Connect Your Dropbox Account:

   • Follow the prompts to securely connect your Dropbox account to soona.
     
     

Sending assets to Dropbox: 

1. Select Your Assets:

   • Multi-select the desired assets from your soona library.

2. Initiate Transfer:

   • Click on the “Send to Dropbox” option available in the action bar.
     

3. Choose Resolution and File Naming:

   • Select the preferred resolution for your assets: web, hi-res, or RAW.
   • Optional: add a custom file name for better organization.

4. Complete the Transfer:

   • Your assets will be automatically transferred to your Dropbox apps folder, located at: Apps/soonaPublisher/web/filename.jpg.
