How can I cancel my booking?

Your booking is good for a full year from the date of purchase. Your booking deposit is non-refundable. If you'd like to cancel your booking: you will forfeit your deposit. Please reach out to hey@soona.co to cancel your booking. You can review our full terms here.

Can I bring my own models to my shoot? 

Yes, you can bring your own models to your soona shoot as opposed to using soona models.

Please note: soona can not guarantee that the usage rights will match the usage rights contracts that exist with these agencies.

Can I create photo and video in the same booking?

If you would like to create photos and videos in the same booking, please reach out to our team at hey@soona.co or text us at 512-270-3331.

Is there any way to speed up the re-editing process?

Re-edits are delivered within 72 hours of request - we will do our best to get them done as quickly as possible.

The wrong card was charged for my subscription, how do I fix this?

You can double check with card is set as your primary card in your Account Settings. If you believe the wrong card was charged, please email contact us here and we'll look into it.
