How Do I Add Tracking If My Shipping Carrier Isn't Listed? 

The Shipping API we use to track packages and monitor delivery dates only supports tracking information for the following carriers: 

  • USPS 
  • Stamps.com
  • UPS 
  • FedEx
  • DHL Express (DHL e-commerce not supported)

If you are shipping your products using a different carrier, you can use the workaround below to bypass this step and set the project timeline accordingly:

  1. Share the tracking number with the creator directly in the messages tab and monitor the shipment until it is delivered.

  2. Once the package is delivered, confirm with the creator that they have received it.

  3. Return to the Creators & Shipments tab and select "Product does not need shipping." This will trigger the 7-day countdown for the creator to submit content.  

Please only make this selection to assign the due date once the product arrives. If the due date is assigned prematurely, contact support@trend.io for assistance adjusting the creator's submission timeline.
