How do I cancel my booking?

soona bookings are valid for one year from the booking creation date. Down payments are non-refundable.

We can place your booking on hold until you're ready to use it. Just email us at hey@soona.co to request a hold.

If you'd like to cancel your booking, please note that your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Email us at hey@soona.co to cancel.
