HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

soona bookings are good for one year from the creation date. Down payments are non-refundable.

We can put a hold on your booking until you are ready to use it in the future. Just send us an email at hey@soona.co and let us know you'd like to put it on hold.

If you would like to move forward with canceling your booking, you will forfeit your deposit. Send us an email at hey@soona.co and let us know you'd like to move forward with canceling.
