Notification settings for multi-user accounts
Account admins and team members added to an account can opt in or out of updates for specific bookings and financial notifications on the account.
- Begin by navigating to your user settings page by clicking your profile photo in the bottom left of the navigation bar on your soona dashboard.
- Click on the user settings page. From there, you can opt in or out of both booking and financial email notifications for any account you are an admin or team member on. Please note that this does not include manual outreach from our team regarding shoot coordination.
