How do I manage my email notification preferences?
Account admins and team members can manage their email notification preferences — including booking updates and financial alerts — directly from the user settings page.- Navigate to your user settings page by clicking your profile photo in the bottom left of the navigation bar on your soona dashboard.
- On the User Settings page, locate the Notifications section and toggle the switches on or off for Booking and Financial email notifications for each account you are an admin or team member on. This does not include manual outreach from our team regarding shoot coordination. you can opt in or out of both booking and financial email notifications for any account you are an admin or team member on.
