Managing your soona subscription

Enrolling in a soona subscription:

You can enroll for soona's subscription service from a variety of places within your account.

  1. When logged into your soona account, find the bottom left subscription card and select "your plan" 
  2. You can also enroll in a soona subscription on the "manage plan" section of your account profile

Canceling your soona subscription:

You can cancel your subscription from the "manage plan" section of your account profile.

Managing your FastPass subscription:

You will be able to sign up for FastPass as an a la carte subscription or an add-on to your existing subscription. You can sign up for this under the "manage plan" section of your account profile.
