Enrolling in a soona subscription:
You can enroll in soona's subscription service from a variety of places within your account.
- When logged into your soona account, click your name in the top right hand corner, then select "Manage plan."
- You can also enroll in a soona subscription by clicking the Balance card in the bottom left hand corner of your soona account.
Canceling your soona subscription:

To cancel your soona subscription, click your name in the top right hand corner of your soona account.
- Click "Manage plan"
- Click "Cancel plan"
Managing your FastPass subscription:
You will be able to sign up for FastPass as an a la carte subscription or an add-on to your existing subscription. You can sign up for this under the "Manage plan" section of your account profile.
