HERE ARE SOME PACKING TIPS TO KEEP YOUR ITEMS INTACT DURING SHIPPING!
- always choose an appropriately sized box or envelope for the items getting returned: not too small, not too big.
- use enough packing material such as bubble wrap or packing paper to secure all the items. always fill out the box entirely with packing materials such that the items cannot move around freely. avoid packing peanuts if possible.
- if the package contains glass items such as glass bottles or candles, individually wrap each one with bubble wrap or paper.
- use “FRAGILE” labels on your package if your items are fragile
- use “PERISHABLE” labels on your package if your items are perishable
- securely tape the package shut to ensure it will not open up during transit.
- remove or cover any old labels or writing on the package
- do not use a USPS priority box or envelope if using a parcel select label
- (USPS will charge you for priority mail due to the priority packaging instead of going off of the label)
