How to provide feedback during your shoot
To get the best results, we recommend following these tips when providing feedback in the live chat:
How do you get the most out of your shoot?
To get the most from your shoot, communicate clearly and in real time with your crew: be specific about what you want, share reference images, and stay engaged in the chat throughout the session.
- Be specific – Instead of saying “I don’t like this,” try “Can we try a different angle?” or “Let’s add more lighting.”
- Use reference images – If you have a vision in mind, sharing examples can help the crew match your style.
- Provide real-time reactions – The sooner you provide feedback, the quicker adjustments can be made.
- Stay engaged – Actively participate in the chat to ensure the session stays aligned with your expectations.
- Ask questions – Unsure about something? Your crew is there to help, so don't hesitate to ask.

How do you finalize your content after the session?
At the end of your session, you’ll have the chance to review everything and select the photos and videos you’d like to purchase. Once you’ve made your selections, the post production crew will complete standard edits before delivering your final content. You can read more about post production in the post production and premium edits guide.
