How to Request Photo or GIF Re-Edits

This article explains how to request re-edits for photos or GIFs, what to include in your request, and the policies for additional charges, clarification, and completion notifications.

How to request a re-edit:

  1. Select the photo or GIF you want re-edited in your account.
  2. Click the "request re-edit" button for that asset.
  3. Enter clear instructions in the text box describing what you want changed.

What to include in your re-edit instructions:

  • Specify which asset(s) need changes.
  • Describe the exact edits you want (for example: remove background only, restore original product appearance, adjust shadowing, or correct a specific imperfection).

Policy points and managing requests:

  • Re-edits are available for all edited content.
  • Notes you add are for internal use until a re-edit order is placed; submitting the re-edit request is the required step to initiate work.
  • If a requested change requires additional clarification or an extra fee (for example, advanced Photoshop work), the team will contact you and may invoice any applicable charges.
  • All editing is performed by a human editing team.

Turnaround and notifications

  • The team will notify you by email when the re-edits are complete.
  • Re-edit requests can be expedited where possible; keep an eye on email for status updates.
