HOW TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SHOOT

We want to ensure your shoot time works for you and your team! If you received a time that does not work for you, please let us know asap by emailing hey@soona.co. In the event that you need to reschedule, we require 2 business days notice

Once we receive your email, we will do our best to accommodate a better time!

Note: we can reschedule your shoot only once.  If you need to reschedule a second time, we ask that you write us at hey@soona.co to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.  You can come back and make a new booking at book.soona.co when you're ready!
