How to Transition a Brand Account to a Creator Account

This article explains how to move an account from a Brand account to a Creator account.

If you accidentally create a brand account as a creator, Customer Support can help get it converted. How to transition from a Brand to a Creator account:

  1. Request conversion of the Brand account:
    • Contact Customer Support at hey@soona.co and request that the Brand account be converted to a Creator account. In order to support you, Customer Support will need:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Gender
    • After the Brand account is converted, you can log in and you'll automatically be redirected to finish your Creator account application. Once Customer Support is able to convert your account to a Creator account, they'll let you know.
