How to transition a brand account to a creator account

How do I convert a Brand account to a Creator account?

If you accidentally created a Brand account instead of a Creator account, contact Customer Support at hey@soona.co to have it converted. Once the conversion is complete, log in and you will be automatically redirected to finish your Creator account application.

  1. Request conversion of the Brand account:
    • Contact Customer Support at hey@soona.co and request that the Brand account be converted to a Creator account. In order to support you, Customer Support will need:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email address associated with the Brand account
      • Gender
    • Once Customer Support converts your account, they will notify you. After receiving confirmation, log in — you will be automatically redirected to finish your Creator account application. Once Customer Support is able to convert your account to a Creator account, they'll let you know.
