Trend Brand Guidelines

Our platform removes all the heavy lifting for you when it comes to working with creators. This includes the ability of direct communication with the creators through our platform.

Be fair to creators

Creators aim to produce content that your brand will be happy with. Filling out your campaign brief with the necessary requirements, adding style guides and communicating with the creator throughout the campaign all help towards the creators producing content that you are happy with. It is unfair to request revisions from a creator that was not included in the campaign brief. Be mindful of creators' time and efforts by using your revision within reason.

Prohibited content

  • Attempting to communicate with creators outside of the Trend platform (e.g., via email, Instagram, or any other channel). This will result in a fine and removal of your account.

  • Negotiating with creators regarding pricing or licensing. All rates and licensing terms are managed through Trend.

  • Requesting that content be submitted via shared drive, email, or Dropbox. All content is available for download in the Approvals & Gallery > Completed tab. Requesting content to be sent via email or any other means will result in a fine and ban.

  • Requesting more revisions than allowed. If you have used your allotted revision and the creator did not follow the campaign guidelines, please reach out to our support team and we will walk you through the next steps.

  • Profanity, threats or any rude behavior towards our creators is not accepted in any way.

  • Asking for a creator's personal information or credit card details, or requesting that they purchase or sign up for a service, is strictly prohibited.

    Note: Violations of these policies may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the Trend platform. If you have questions about what is permitted, contact our support team before proceeding.
