      MEDIA EDITOR FAQs

      WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AI EDITS AND PREMIUM EDITS?

      Premium edits are completed by the soona post-production crew. AI edits are completed by you through our media editor tool!

      WHERE CAN I FIND THE IMAGES I CREATED WITH MEDIA EDITOR?

      The AI edits you create can be found in your reservation gallery under “my edits” or in your edits album.

      WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY MEDIA EDITOR EDITS?

      If you aren’t happy with the edits created with media editor, you submit a re-edit request by selecting the photo you'd like us to re-edit, click the "request re-edit" button and then write in the text box what you would like us to re-edit.

      We'll deliver your re-edits as soon as possible. If any of your requests require additional clarification or charges, we'll reach out. 

      HOW CAN I REMOVE THE BACKGROUND FROM AN IMAGE?

      1. Select an image to edit from the main gallery or from a booking gallery
      2. Select “remove background” from the left sidebar navigation
      3. Click “remove background”
      4. Watch the magic ✨
      5. Click “save” and download your image

      HOW CAN I CHANGE THE BACKGROUND OF AN IMAGE?

      1. Select an image to edit from the main gallery or from a booking gallery
      2. Select “change background color” from the left sidebar navigation
      3. Click “change background color”
      4. Enter a HEX code. Adjust hue / tint.  Alter lightness and saturation. Reset adjustments. 
      5. Click “save” and download your image

      Note: original image must be purchased before saving / downloading your AI edits.

      WHAT FILES ARE SUPPORTED BY MEDIA EDITOR?

      .JPG and .PNG are both supported by the Media Editor tool.

      CAN I EDIT GIFS OR VIDEOS?

      DOES MEDIA EDITOR REQUIRE ADVANCED EDITING SKILLS?

      The Media Editor tool was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. you do not need advanced editing skills to use it effectively. Tt is suitable for both beginners and experienced users alike.

      CAN I EDIT MULTIPLE IMAGES AT ONCE?
