do you offer yearly billing?

Yes, we offer yearly and monthly billing. 

how do I change the batch from 4 images to 1 image?

Select “studio options”. From there you can change to generate 1, 2 or 4 images. 

where can I find my billing history?

Via the team dashboard. 

how can I make my pictures 4k?

To download the 4K png or jpeg, you must be a paid subscriber. 

Who has the license to use the photos?

Mokker grants you the full commercial license of the photos generated within the platform. 

How does Mokker protect the intellectual property rights of the uploaded materials? 

At this time, our terms guarantee: we don’t use any of your data for any model training (neither uploads nor generations) and that no other customer can access your generations or uploaded assets.

is there a chinese interface?

Not at the moment, no. 

my credits were deducted, but no pictures were generated?

If no pictures were generated, your credits will be refunded to your account. if you click generate, the job is saved with us and will be processed.

can I create folders to group products?

Not at the moment, no. 

can I batch generate the same background?

Not at the moment, no. 

I need to change my password  / I can’t get logged in

Manually trigger a password reset by pretending to log in as the customer and selecting “forgot your password?”

Can I get an invoice / how can I change my company address / can I add my VAT?

You can get a copy of your invoices as well as change your company information under the team dashboard - click on “manage subscription and invoices”.

How many Members do I get on the team plan?

if I cancel my subscription, will I lose my available photo credits?

All credits will be removed at the end of your billing period.
