Just booked a shoot and don't know where to start? Here's a comprehensive guide!

SCHEDULING YOUR SOONA SHOOT:
When your product gets delivered to our studio, soona crew will:
- Unpack your product and ensure everything is photo ready
- Add photos of your product to inventory section of your booking
Then we'll:
- Review your booking
- Coordinate your pro-services, if you added any
- Get you on the calendar for our first available date and time
You will receive an email with your shoot date. If that time does not work for you, please respond to the email directly and let us know you'd like to reschedule. In the event that you need to reschedule, we require 2 business days notice. Any reschedules requested under this timeline are subject to fees. See our full reschedule policy here.
THE LIVE SHOOT:
Join your shoot live from your soona dashboard: We'll start your shoot with a quick kickoff call to chat through your goals and the shoot plan. From there we'll move through your shot list and you'll see your ideas come to life in real time.
Chat with the crew via the blue chat bubble to give your feedback and tell us what you love! Not loving your gallery? We want to hear it! Don't be afraid to ask for adjustments, we want you to LOVE your content.
AFTER YOUR SHOOT:
Shop and add the photos or video clips you love to your bag. $39 per photo. $93 per video clip. Premium edits are available at checkout!
