Why did we add this feature?
As we learn from our clients and creators, Trend will enable new ways for brands and creators to collaborate. This upcoming feature will empower you to build long-term partnerships with creators and rehire your favorite creators quickly. After you discover and work with creators in our network, keep the best ones in your pocket to continue shooting images and videos that will take your branding and marketing to the next level.
Why rehire creators?
A successful collaboration with a creator can become the starting point of a valuable relationship for your brand. There are three major benefits to rehiring a creator.
The first is creating more great content for your brand. Let's say a creator produces content for you. They were a pleasure to work with and delivered wonderfully on your request. Why stop there after a single collaboration? Now that you have vetted the creator personally, you can continue collaborating to produce more content for your brand exactly how you want it with confidence that the creator delivers what you need.
Rehiring creators to create long term relationships with both the creator and their audience. Brand ambassadors are powerful team members for your brand. By posting multiple times for you, the creator familiarizes their audience with your brand. The creator's audience becomes warm leads who are more likely to convert. At the same time, the creator develops into a spokesperson supporting your brand and educating others.
Finally, you can save time on collecting applications and speculating if a creator will create great content for you. The first time you work with a creator is like a test. Are they interested in working with me? Do I like working with them? After you figure out who you enjoy working with, you can save time by directly rehiring them for a campaign. Build your team of creators from past campaigns to complete your campaign quickly.
How does rehiring work?
After a creator delivers content to you, the rehire creator button will appear on the creator's profile throughout your campaign.
This button can be found in the following places:

In the Creators & Shipments tab

In the creator's profile slider
By clicking on the button, you can fill out the following information to rehire the creator.
You will be able to invite the creator to an already existing campaign by choosing the campaign. Fill out directions for the content that the creator should make and if you are sending new product to the creator. Once that's filled out, click "Send Rehire Request".
If the rehire is a standard creator, 1 credit will be deducted from your account as deposit. If the rehire is a VIP creator, 2 credits will be deducted as a deposit. The creator has 72 hours to accept or decline the offer. If the creator declines, the credits will be returned to your account. If the creator accepts, the credits are used to add the creator to your campaign!
What's coming next for this feature?
This is the first version of our feature. Coming soon, you can invite creators to custom projects so you can request new and specific content from a creator without requiring a campaign to do it.
