HOW DO I PROVIDE MY AVAILABILITY FOR SCHEDULING?

Navigate to the booking details tab to find the "scheduling preferences" action item.

Click on "edit preferences" to start. From there, you will select your preferred time zone and general days/timeframes that work for you. When the timeslot appears green, it means that this timeframe works for your schedule.

You can also type in the notes to the crew to indicate any times that absolutely do not work for you.

If you select "I'm flexible" the tool will auto-select availability for all time slots.

 

You can also access your availability selections from the "Availability" tab on your booking. From there, you can update your availability until the time your shoot is scheduled.

      ** Please note that this does not guarantee a shoot time in the timeslots provided but rather is used as a guide for our team to consciously schedule you. We will always do our best to schedule your shoot within a timeslot based on the availability you provide, however, numerous factors go into shoot coordination. We appreciate your flexibility so we can ensure your shoot is set up for success and scheduled as soon as possible! **
