This allows creators and brands to share media files conveniently on the platform

Why did we add this feature?

As a content creation platform, Trend should facilitate smooth communication between clients and content creators.

Communicating with media will allow you to effectively share new ideas, inspiration for content, and examples of your branding so creators quickly understand what content is best for your brand.

On the other side, creators should be able to show examples of their work or the content they created for you to quickly review.

How does it work?

Add content using the "Add Media" button next to "Send". The file explorer will open up, where you can select media (images or videos) to send the creator. Remove media by clicking the blue "x" on the attached file. Add text if needed and hit "Send" to add selected media into the message thread.

Clicking on videos will play them. Images and videos are not expanded to ensure content shared is for review only. Content sent this way is not delivered for use, as it must follow the usual approval process.

Best Practices

Use images and videos in combination with links and text to share ideas with your creators.

Creators can share media in messages for a quick review before uploading for approval.
