HOW DOES THIS WORK?

CREATE YOUR BOOKING! 📚

Create your booking at book.soona.co. Have questions on what to book? Email us at hey@soona.co with information like:

  • What your product is
  • How many products you have
  • Where you are looking to use this content
Our team can generate a custom booking for you based on your needs! 

 

SHIP US YOUR PRODUCT! đŸ“Ļ

After you  book, use our integrated shipping method to generate a label. Print that out, package up your goods and drop off your product at the carrier! You can also ship directly from your website if you'd like. The shipping address for your studio will be available in the details tab of your booking. 

 

WE GET YOU ON THE SCHEDULE 📆

Once the product arrives, it will go through intake and our schedulers will coordinate the soonest available date and time for your shoot. You will receive an email confirmation once we have you on the calendar. If this date/time does not work for you, please let us know asap at hey@soona.co. In the event that you need to reschedule, we require 2 business days notice. 

JOIN YOUR SHOOT LIVE đŸĒŠ

At the time of your shoot, join via the little blue chat bubble on the bottom right of your booking. Your crew will be there waiting for you. 

SHOP YOUR GALLERY! 🛍

Immediately after the shoot, you will be able to add images to your bag, leave notes for the editors and check out! We aim to deliver edited images to your gallery within 24 hours. You will receive an email once the images are edited and ready to download!
