Create your booking:
Kick things off by creating a booking on book.soona.co. Not sure what to book? Email hey@soona.co with details like:

Our team can create a custom booking that’s perfectly tailored to your goals.
Ship us your product:
Once you book, you can generate your prepaid label right from the soona platform. Print it, pack your products, and drop them off with the carrier.
Prefer to ship straight from your website? That works too! The shipping address for your photoshoot can be found in the Details tab of your booking.
Schedule your shoot:
When your product arrives, it goes through intake with our inventory team. Then we'll secure the earliest available shoot date and time.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’re on the calendar. If the date doesn’t work, just let us know at hey@soona.co.
Need to reschedule? We require 2 business days’ notice. See our full reschedule policy here.
Join your live shoot:
When it’s shoot time, join the session through the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your booking. Your crew will be ready for you!
Shop your gallery:
Right after your shoot wraps, you can start adding images to your bag, leaving notes for editors, and checking out.
We aim to deliver edited selects within 24 hours. You’ll get an email the moment your images are ready to download.
