How soona works

To get started with soona, create a booking at book.soona.co, ship your product using a prepaid label, join your live shoot, and download your edited images — typically within 24 hours of your shoot — check soona.co for the most current turnaround times.

How do I create a booking?

Create your booking at book.soona.co. If you are unsure what to book, email hey@soona.co with details such as:

  • What your product is

  • How many products you have

  • Where you plan to use this content

Our team can create a custom booking that’s perfectly tailored to your goals.

How do I ship my product to soona?

Once you book, you can generate your prepaid label right from the soona platform. Print it, pack your products, and drop them off with the carrier.

Prefer to ship straight from your website? That works too! The shipping address for your photoshoot can be found in the Details tab of your booking.

How is my shoot scheduled?

When your product arrives, it goes through intake with our inventory team.  Then we'll secure the earliest available shoot date and time.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’re on the calendar. If the scheduled date does not work, contact the team at hey@soona.co.

Need to reschedule? We require 2 business days’ notice. Review the full reschedule and refund policy for details.

How do I join my live shoot?

When it is shoot time, join your live session directly from your booking page:

  1. Log in to your soona account and open your scheduled booking.

  2. Select the Join button or live session link in your booking — look for the chat or session icon in the bottom right corner of the page.

  3. Your soona team will be ready to begin.

How do I access and download my images?

As soon as your shoot concludes, you can start selecting images, leaving notes for editors, and completing your order.

We aim to deliver edited selects within 24 hours of your shoot — turnaround times are subject to change, so visit soona.co for the latest. You’ll get an email the moment your images are ready to download.
