Welcome to the 5-minute guide to setting up the Trend Shoppable Stories app on your Shopify Store. Can you feel the conversions coming? 🤑
Step 1: Installing Shoppable Stories
After you've added the app to your store, you can head to your Shopify Store back office.
Once logged in, navigate to the Apps section on the left navigation, select the Trend app, and click to open up your Product Page Theme template (visualized below).
Step 2: Adding Shoppable Stories to Your Shopify Store
Installing Shoppable Stories is as simple as adding an App block to your product page theme.
This block will add to all product pages on your site automatically.
💡 Important Note: The Shoppable Stories app block will only populate on your live product page when content is added (see Step 3). If no content is added to a specific product page then the block will not be seen.
Accent with Your Brand Colors
Don't forget to add your own brand flare to accent your stories section!
Save the page once the block is added to the preferred position!
Step 3: Adding Content to Your Stories
Adding content is equally simple. 😄 Just follow these two steps:
Add Content to Your Media Library
This will be the home for all the content you've uploaded for use in the Shoppable Stories App.
Adding Images & Videos to Product Page Shoppable Stories
The final step! Create a Product Story for each of your products and start adding content from your Media Library to each page. You have the ability to organize the order & add/remove the content as you see fit.
Ready to refresh your stories? Go ahead and click Modify Product Story to make any necessary adjustments.
