TREND REFUND POLICY

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY CREDIT PURCHASE?

If for any reason you would like a refund for creator credits, this can be done before accepting any creator applications. Refund requests must be made prior to the first creator application being accepted. For example, if you purchase 100 Credits at once, you can only obtain a refund before you accept a creator application for your project. If you’ve used any credits from a bulk purchase, a refund cannot be issued for the remaining credits of this bulk purchase.

I NO LONGER WISH TO CONTINUE A PARTNERSHIP. WILL I BE REFUNDED CREATOR CREDITS?

 If you no longer wish to collaborate with a particular creator, you are welcome to remove them from your campaign for an automatic reimbursement of the credits used to hire their services. Please note that creators can only be removed from a campaign up until they submit content for the project. 

WILL I BE REFUNDED IF THE CREATOR DOESN'T DELIVER CONTENT?

In the case that a creator has not delivered the content initially agreed upon, a reimbursement of the credits used to hire that particular creator may be issued.

WHAT IF THE CONTENT DOESN'T MEET EXPECTATIONS?

We have a crew commitment to ensure you receive content you love. If you are not happy with your content, please reach out to us at support@trend.io and we would be happy to work towards a resolution.

WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR LOST PRODUCTS?

Trend is not responsible for products sent to creators as all items are considered gifts sent directly to creators for content creation. If a creator does not deliver the agreed-upon content, we can issue a reimbursement for the manufacturing cost (not the retail price) of products sent to the creator up to $75.
