Uploading Your Brand Standards 

We’re excited to share a new and improved way to kick off your projects with us! Our updated onboarding process makes it easier for you to share your brand standards and visual identity, helping us deliver a seamless, consistent, and on-brand experience throughout your shoot and post-production journey.

Previously:

  • You had to add brand standards, logos, and fonts in your Account Settings.
  • You completed an account profile quiz and style quiz to provide visual identity insights.
  • soona crew members filled out shoot guidelines and editing standards in an staff-only notes section.

New Process: 

Our new system consolidates all these elements into a single, client-facing platform, enhancing accessibility and usability for both YOU and our crew.

  • Brand Kit: You and our crew can add logos, PDF guidelines, colors, and fonts.
  • Product Shot Guidelines: Includes do's and don'ts for product photography.
  • Brand Look & Feel: Captures the overall aesthetic and style preferences.
  • Retouching Standards: Details advanced requirements such as file names and crops.
  • Social Links and Websites: Easily accessible and clickable.
  • Team Page: Displays job titles if you add.
