      What is a Creator Credit?

      Trend uses a 'credit' system. Creator Credits are the currency that allows brands to work with content creators in the Trend Network.

      A Creator Credit is used to activate Content Creators who have applied to your campaign. Whenever you need to activate a creator, make sure you have a balance of Credits to work with them. 😄

      How do credits work?

      Trend has level 1, 2 and 3 creators! This can be seen within their application and before hiring them for a campaign. 

      A level 1 creator is 20 credits per campaign.

      A level 2 creator is 40 credits per campaign.

      A level 3 creator is 60 credits per campaign.

      Each creator you hire will produce the following depending on the campaign type:

      • Photography Content Campaign - 5 photos per creator

      • Video Content Campaign - 2 videos per creator

      The content generated for you on Trend is licensed to you in perpetuity. That means you can use it how you see fit! Try it in paid ads, email marketing, on your website, TikTok, FB/IG Shops pages, or however you see fit!

      How much are Creator Credits?

      Creator Credits are sold in bundles and start at $100 per credit. See the following image for a price breakdown:

      Do all creators cost 1 credit to work with in the Trend Network?

      As mentioned earlier, hiring creators can cost 1, 2 or 3 credits based on their creator tier. Creator tiers correlate with creator costs. For example, Tier 1 creators are 1 credit to work with.

      Are there software fees, subscription fees, hidden fees, or additional fees on Trend?

      Nope, just credits that you purchase as you need.

      We promise two things, no-nonsense pricing & no negotiation with creators. Credits allow us to keep both of those promises.

      Do credits expire?

      Yes, Creator Credits have a six-month life.

      Make sure to use your credits when you have them. They are valuable to get you more content to help your brand grow. Content allows your brand to make more money.

      How do I buy Creator Credits?

      Once your first campaign is live, you'll be able to click our 'Add Creator Credits' button on the Navigation Panel on the left side of the Trend Dashboard.
