What is a Creator Credit?

Trend uses a 'credit' system. Credits are the currency that allows brands to work with content creators in the Trend Network.

A credit is used to activate creators who have applied to your campaign. Whenever you need to activate a creator, make sure you have credits to use! If you need to purchase credits, you can do so in your Trend account. 

How do credits work?

Trend has Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 creators. This can be seen in their application and before hiring them for a campaign. 

A Level 1 creator is 20 credits to activate.

A Level 2 creator is 40 credits to activate.

A Level 3 creator is 60 credits to activate.

Each creator you hire will produce the following depending on the campaign type:

• Photography Campaign - 5 photos per creator

• Video Campaign - 2 videos per creator

The content generated for you on Trend is licensed to you in perpetuity. That means you can use it how you see fit! Try it in paid ads, email marketing, on your website, or on TikTok, FB/IG Shops pages.

How much are Creator Credits?

Creator credits are sold in bundles. See below for pricing:

How much do creators cost?

Each creator costs between 20 and 60 credits to work with. 

Are there software fees, subscription fees, hidden fees, or additional fees on Trend?

There are no additional fees. 

We promise two things:

• No-nonsense pricing
• No negotiation with creators

Credits allow us to keep both of those promises.

Do credits expire?

Yes, credits have a 1-year lifespan. Make sure to use your credits when you have them. They are valuable to get you more content to help your brand grow. 

How do I buy Creator Credits?

Once your first campaign is live, you'll be able to click our 'Add Creator Credits' button on the Navigation Panel on the left side of the Trend Dashboard.
