How Do I Adjust The Creator's Due Date?

The creator's due date is automatically set to 7 days after the product is marked as delivered. If you need to change a due date, just email us at hey@soona.co with the creator's name and the new date you'd like. We can update it for you on our end. 

We're actively building features that will let brands set custom due dates directly in the platform. Until then, we're happy to help with any adjustments.
